My Approach to Therapy

Our therapy sessions will be focused on identifying what personal challenges you are experiencing, and then working collaboratively, we will agree on goals you would like to achieve, and identify what steps you can take to help you achieve these goals. 


CBT will help you to understand your thoughts, feelings and behaviours, and how these are all interlinked.  By making changes to the way you think - and the things you do (your behaviour) can have a positive effect on how you feel. 


Each session will last 50-55 minutes and I need notice of any cancellation within 24hrs.  Each session will cost £45.  Please get in touch in order to have an initial discussion and to book, or indeed if you have any questions at all.

Personal Sessions

I am currently offering you the option of face to face sessions in Coatbridge, ML5, or online if you would prefer (i.e. by Zoom, Skype, or phone).
